Bread and Cheese Dip

2 pie plates 
A little Sherry 
Gouda Cheese Wheel (Keep out for at least 1 hour prior to baking) 
Pillsbury Refrigerator Biscuits - Flakey 
Bacon Bits 

Double up the pie plates 
Put Sherry in the bottom of the top plate 
Peel cheese wheel and put in center of plate 
Put biscuits around the cheese wheel 
Sprinkle bacon bits on top 
350 - 400 degrees (if your oven is that sophisticated, otherwise set on High) 
10 - 20 minutes cook time - a fine balance between browning, not burning the bread and letting the cheese melt.
