Layered Chicken Curry Dip

1/3 cup chopped green onion 1/2 cup chutney
8 oz cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup raisins
1 cup cottage cheese 1/3 cup grated coconut
1/4 cup sour cream 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
2 tsp curry powder 1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped
- Reserve 2 tbs chopped onion for garnish.
- Process the cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, and curry powder in food processor until smooth. Spread into the bottom of a platter or quiche pan. Layer the chutney, remaining green onions, raisins, coconut, chicken, and peanuts in the order listed over the cream cheese layer.
- Chill, covered, for 3 to 10 hours. Sprinkle with the reserved green onions.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
